Eligibility for Cancellation: Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Orders typically enter processing shortly after placement, so timely communication is essential. Once the order is in the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation Confirmation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will review and confirm the request within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with details of the cancellation. Please allow up to 5 business days for the cancellation to be fully processed. If applicable, store credit will be issued at this time.
Store Credit for Cancellations: We do not provide refunds for canceled orders. Instead, if your cancellation request is approved, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the total order amount. This store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website. The store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Modification Requests: If you wish to modify your order, such as changing the product, quantity, or shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before the order is processed. Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications cannot be made, and you will need to follow our exchange policy.
